A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of working with Victoria & Josh on their wedding day. We hope you’ll enjoy a few shots taken by our set-up crew at Grand Highlands at Bear Wallow Mountain where we all enjoyed a gorgeous view on the most perfect crisp spring day.
Victoria was so sweet, she offered to help us unpack! We told her to go kick up her heals, we do the heavy lifting here.
We got in these cool “blushing bride” protea for our own blushing bride.
And included them in her soft, feminine bouquet.
For the guys we used spray roses, wax flower, and ivy leaves. Our groom got a special handmade paper flower and a blushing bride protea.
One of our crew set out lots of vintage glass containers filled with soft pink and white blooms. Many of the containers were family heirlooms.
In the foyer there is a grand fireplace that we decorated with adorable pictures of the couple mixed with candles, hydrangea, and clouds of sweet baby’s breath. As you can see, we assembled this whole piece that morning on site.
We also put together this spray on the field where the couple had their ceremony.
Thanks to Cortney and Asheville Event Company who planned the wedding.
It was wonderful seeing Melissa Linney Photography- we can’t wait to see her professional shots and share them with you!
